WiseBuys and Hacketts each have 5 stores making the current store total 10. However, WiseBuys and Hacketts each have a store in Canton, NY and will be doing away with one. Hacketts owns the store in Canton and will either sell it or lease it out. The Hacketts 8-K will have all the details.

When all is said and done, SWVC will start store expansion with 9 stores under the name Hacketts. Hope that helps.

AP I think Nathan has the store count correct but the allocation as to how many wisebuys and hacketts is incorrect. Am I right or am I wrong..Pardon my unknowingness
