very nice that you answered your own question..
than we dont need to get into who is doing what
to assure that the company can pay back to the
convertible debenture company 17k dollars a month
cash so that the court case was dismissed..

since their is no s-4 filings we can than assume that
this money and responsibility to get this money and
make the payment is not being done by the company...

but since you answered you own question that i guess
you were asking yourself,there is no reason to go
into who the players might be that are handling this...
i mean it is only 10 pm at night and i know that everyone
is monitoring their computer constantly to make sure they dont miss a message that was sent to them .....
