After they pay of the mortgages / bank loan on the properties what cash will the company actually have on their bottomline?
You are not assuming the properties are 100% equity are you..

Isn't that what you folks need to consider??

Say they actually did make a profit on the properties of say $1k - $2k....now do the math with the OS.
