I agree something needs to be done, it will take 2.8 Mill shares to call a meeting which I think is doable and that is one partial solution, another might be a derivative suit or a class action in any case its time for action and a time to come together.
I am involved with another company in which we just elected a new board which will be taking over soon and then we will will have a shareholders meeting to confirm or to vote in a new board we achieved 50 plus per cent of the shares count.
Even if we pin Jerry down I don't want to hear all of the excuses, I am sure he is posturing for the next round, telling us he can't because of______and_____ and somebody ____Did that why___Didn't get done. So that why we can't.
Will he ever take full responsibility? or is it because of a board member? or one of the officers? or directors? or some peon caused a situation? or maybe this time it must have been a STOCKHOLDER who caused a problem or may be it was me?
