They did increase the AS. They stated they needed the flexibility for further financing\acquisitions, etc. We shouldn't assume (maybe expect, though) that the extra shares will not hit the market but we have some assurance that the company will do all they can to either make it accretive (acquisition, etc) or that the shares are restricted in some way, maintaining the float. One poster stated they spoke with Gunther and he said that things were looking better than they expected and that he didn't anticipate increasing the OS at this time. We think that is true and see no evidence that this is happening unless the last move downward was some evidence of this. Others state that this down trend is due to large shareholders selling out. We will hope that is the case but, as a person being burnt by pinkies before with too much trust in the CEO (and all the board members pumping him up to be this great person), I wait and see. We are still in the time frame that Gunther has promised us some updates on the two big deals .. at least I garnered that we would hear about these soon (Gunther's words were "weeks" and not "months", so I am thinking sometime before the end of the month or early December). Now don't anyone go off about how Gunther said "by the end of this month", that is my anticipated time frame based on what I read. gl and hope this thing turns back around pretty soon for all of us who are holding.
