I am sure the issued and float increased significantly during that time. Stock has been idle for last 4-5 years and should have been pretty clean for Aquagold."
This is why it is my opinion that a R/S is not necessary for this company. R/S's are usually done to clean up a shell and put shares back in the company hands. Aquagold doesn't need this. From someone who has held this thing for an eternity, I have no doubt this shell was already clean and is why Aquagold picked ONMC.
I also think we will find out the float is significantly lower than most are predicting.
