Of course you'll stick to you statements. I wouldn't expect anything less.

I'm sure you can understand when Rosier himself says "Warren just
doesn't call" it would make the rest of question him being Warrens right hand. Not to mention that Charlie Munger guy who seems to hang out with Warren more than most, being the Vice Chairman of Berkshire Hathaway and the guy WB actually refers to as his RIGHT HAND MAN. (Is that to just make Charlie feel better about himself?)

You really should read up on how they've developed their partnership and Berkshire over the years. You could learn quite a lot. One thing is never jump to conclusions.

As you spend more time in the business world you should discover all good managers place a great deal of confidence in their unit managers or they replace them. You don't leave deadwood in key positions.
