karzman, Gouveia lied there would be a "merger" between Cinemax Canada & Cinemax WA (fka TMM). I posted scores of times that Cinemax Canada had no shares registered with the SEC, nor filed any cross border anti-fraud & beneficial ownership filings as required by law. In the end, I was right. There was no merger. Fan sold himself the QBID o/s and R/S it into Cinemax Canada, a Going Private Buy-Out. No 13e-3 was filed with the SEC? Why? The buy-out appears to have been illegal because Fan is also a Cinemax Canada insider. That violates SEC Rule 13e-3. The stock "trades in America" because the scammers NEVER MERGED. They are trading the old QBID o/s from Canada and providing pinksheets quotations bogus company info stating they are the company in the now private WA shell.
