REDFISHER, Cinemax is a Canadian company that acquired TMM's public vehicle, QBID. They are a Canadian company. Their US presence is a drop mailbox in California. They provided pinksheet quotations bogus company info claiming they are a new company doing business in the WA shell that once housed TMM. That shell went private after TMM sold its o/s to Cinemax Canada. They don't comply to securities laws or report to the SEC. The question is, how long can they pull this scam off?
