I guess it would depend on ones definition and how one looks at the transactions. Tom didn't pump it, didn't have to. A business loosing money was taken out of his, freinds and families hands at a profit. It was a no loose for him.
IMO.....Just like the e-mail back from TOM... I am not diluteing If you are losing money,,then you are losing it to the one's you bought the stock from... Let's face it! We do not buy stock from Tom. We buy from MM's. They run it up and they run it down in this type of market. I'm just here holding on til they decide to run it back up and then everyone will be happy again. Like I said just imo....
