They don't need to bash, what is there left to bash? Besides, the facts speak for themselves, IMHO.

Perhaps because we are all trying to move on?

of course once you've been wed to a stock for 2 years you feel compelled to keep up with saga.

What you can be sure of is those that are short sure as HELL aren't going to cover. And those of us that sold and started screaming bloody murder aren't gonna rebuy.

The real question you need to be asking yourself has nothing to do with what others are or are not doing. You need to ask your self would I rather have x dollars in my bank account or in PBLS stock? Because right now even with what litle most have left there is money to salvage. A couple of months from now that won't be the case.

So while I don't recommend anyone take my advice because of the legal issues surrounding it. I will say that if someone were to ask my opinion I would not hesitate to tell them to take the loss now and preserve what little capital you have. It was hard as hell for me to sell those initial shares at half a penny. I'm glad I did now. It's only going to get worse. A lot worse. Total loss worse.

I believe these clowns are going to prison. If not I will personally have lost complete faith in the US legal system when it comes to SEC issues.

BTW before anyone rebukes my post or tells me how bad my spelling is or defends this company why not take a quick look at the pps and ask yourself if you REALLY want to take the opposite stance?

Xylan

The company had a chilling effect on free speech when they threatened the posters in a PR saying they are doing an investigation of people who are posting online. That's when the info stopped.
