They only charge the $7.00
Ive called and asked about that.
As long as THEY ARE THE ONES regulating the trading...
I believe that they will give you the $7.00 rate.

Ive called on a number of stocks in the past that were highly volatile with no bid and/or ask and they just ask you at what price do you want to put a limit order in at.
Just do a GTC order at X amount.
