Can you provide some "meat" explaining why you believe that?

Phil Nugent has been out of the picture for many years. He has his hands full with The Phil Nugent Group and it's billion dollar African power contract:

Why do you think he has the time, inclination, or energy to stay close to ERHC? More importantly, why do you think Emeka Offor would continue to give him the time of day, let alone any information of value? Nugent can't offer Offor anything Offor can't get for himself. There's no logical reason to believe Phil Nugent knows any more about current goings on than we do.

Sure, he knows more about the potential, he's seen the seismic and been privy to early on meetings, but that was many years ago. This ain't Phil Nugent's ERHC any more.

I'd love to hear anyone's support that this man knows anything about current plans, anything at all.
