Saw you might be right, but where the $$$ are concerned PA and RB and looking so short term... Besides the Pref. III's which they can never get any value from if the company makes no money, the real paycheck they would have gotten would have been from building a good company, show profit, get the PPS moving north, list to the OTCBB, maybe actually get a P/E then with PA owning 100's of millions of shares, now the real money comes in. I guess PA and RB got greedy and decided to cash in while the going was good... or maybe they knew that they couldn't actually run a business and knew they needed to cash in before the company emploded...
Im still thinking they can pull a ribbit out of their hat and get us to a penny, but not holding much hope for 2 or 3 cents just yet.
