Personally I like TDAmeritrade. I think Etrade sucks. But that may just be because I'm used to TDAtrade.

It is easy for me to navigate, unlike E-trade.

Schwab is 9.95 on all buys (price and number of shares do not matter). Very good service. Ameritrade is 9.99. Zecco, for the time being, is free (will go to some free, then rest of trades at $5) next year.

There is no need to pay more than $10 per trade on pennies. Lots of choices out there.

I use Ameritrade for the sub-$1 stocks and Fidelity for pretty much everything else. I'm content.
