The guy issued 39 billion illegal shares and dumped them into the market through proxies like BZcom Marketing, CLX and Emerald. The records are clear. Not only did he steal money from the company through the jewelry purchases and other nefarious methods, he lied to his shareholders about the NSS garbage while plundering them by issuing massive amounts of illegal shares and allowing and encouraging the shares to be dumped indiscriminately into lying pump PRs. Only a real buffoon could not see what he has done.

He is such a scumbag that he also let his own employees pick up costs of the company through credit card charges while the dumping contnued and the money he was paid for the shares disappeared into thin air because he was buying things like jewelry for himself and his wife with company money..
