Your on the right path but I think you need to focus on another qeustion.

What does "Official Launch" mean?

Thats where we are @ right now. NeoMedia is with Digital Rum @ the GSM. They launched yesterday. Heres the PR:

If you notice you'll realise that NeoMedia refer's to the 3GSM as a Preview w/ a follow up "Official Launch" @ the CeBit. So there is a difference between what they are doing now and what they will do March 18. In my opinion they are giving everyone a sneak preview right now and will release a "PaperClick Launch" PR which will include a service provider. I've got a good idea on who the service provider will be. (Hint: Starts with a "V" ends with a "odafone")
