Maybe they do not have a controlling interest in the shell. Maybe whom ever does has other plans for it? I think TTGL has other plans for the PCB unit. Maybe they just want a clean IPO or maybe they have another shell they are cleaning up to roll everything into? One they have a better position in? I agree with you. Why not roll everything into NXNO?
