My apologies, I did not intend to inflict pain. Blame my wife, she insisted we grill outside.
I must admit to being a big fan of steak grilled outdoors by a real pro (me of course). But we get do do it so much down here that I like just about everything grilled properly. My stepson and Son-in-Law will be handling the cooking chores on Sunday. SIL has done this before and recieved a passing grade if only for his most excellent marinade. This is a first for the Stepson though, Gotta hand it to him so far he is show no nervousness. Needless to say I did make him get a bottle of steak suace should he "mess things up". I'm not too worried though, I've been bringing him along slowly. He's ready for the big time.
