I must be dumb as a rock. He mentions there are three companies involved in the financing of Hackett's. We've been told:
1) We have the money for the initial payment (cash) 1.5m
2) We would pay the other 4.5 m over time.

So where did the other companies come into this and does it in fact mean more debt?
