I'd try to reward the faithful longs and try to leave the Flipper/Daytraders in the Dust.
For example,,, i.e.
If you have a solid company, if you can Gap HUGE the Stock on a Monday Morning Open, and it never comes close to filling, you've PERMANENTLY lessened the effect of Flippers/Daytraders unless they pony up significantly more dough. They can never play as many shares as they used to. It WORKS!
You Leave Them to Rot and your Stock is BETTER FOR IT!
