yup. I know this company very well actually. They're right down the road from where I live. =) Good company. They do a lot of business. I read the transaction isnt expected to close until Dec 29 though. Does anybody know anything more??
yeah...probably very soon. This company is a good company in the RDU area here. I'm guessing the deal will close a few weeks before the deadline of 12/29 IMO
