Given that the 11:30 am EST talk is during market hours, they will want PR out before the market opens... and there would seem to be no reason to deviate from the 12:01am EST pattern.

I suppose it is *possible* they would hold it until early AM tomorrow, but I doubt it. They want maximum coverage.
