IMO the Aero patent, and the new improvement to it pending, are the absolute bedrock of the two organizations. I have read the patents (deep stuff, heavy going, don't go there unless you have some knowledge of gas flow, helixes, low pressure high volume gases, etc) for both companies and one other, and in my mind Aero has the key to it all. Don't downgrade what Boyd Butler has done, he is the 'brains' of engineering in all of this, and his products will continue to sell. But Dr. Gas's system of tubing and his header designs are fulfilled when using Aero stainless steel lifetime warranted mufflers. Together they both profit.
