I need some input(IYHO) as a newbie from July '07.

I am personally long on SPZI, but I do have a friend that bought SPZI shares at .013. She has never bought stocks and traded in her life.

Question:

Can a penny stock PPS ever go -negative?

Please enlighten us. My friend is nervous about having to draw money from savings if it's possible for a stock to go -negative, below 0.
