If want to do your DD, make a couple of phone calls to the Delaware SOS and TA. They will confirm that GGGI is Beverage Creations now.

Also, the filing to change GGGI to Beverage Creations is in the ibox.

If you want info, do the work to find it out. Don't rely on boards. Making two phone calls is not difficult.
