It is interesting that the 10-Q was released before the CC. That's fairly unusual, there is often a lag or they are released concurrently, but almost never before the CC. Additionally, that press release setting the date and time of the CC was not all that long ago, which means you'd think they'd have known how close they were to being done with the filing.

To not have a PR ready makes one wonder if the filing was rushed out for some reason...

Per SEC regs, the 10Q has to be filed within 40 days of the end of the quarter, which is Nov 9. There is no SEC requirement that the quarterly CC be held in a timely manner or even that a CC be held at all.

>…or is this SOP for the Manglement team?<

I don’t recall another case where DNDN’s quarterly CC was delayed by a week. Does this signify anything of consequence? Perhaps, but I wouldn’t bet on it. Regards, Dew

p.s. LOL re use of the word manglement.

<<I see that the manipulators have managed to knock out the IV board today, no telling what they have up their sleeves while we are blinded, and not able to read Mings sage postings.>>

LOL, you're implicitly admitting that you read too many of casey's and crou's posts.
