Paulness........thanks for keeping your eyes on Berlin etc -
is it possible traders / investors are getting a different price in Berlin and are playing the spread?
I don't follow it myself - but this can happen in some markets (i.e. Hong Kong / USA).
How about the volume? Price is up 20% but what is volume (hopefully up also)? Or like you said - there might be news / rumors in Germany and / or Europe.
