uturemedia's Learning and Performance Solutions Become a Major Part of the Compa
y's Business Transformation Process ( MARKET WIRE )

BRIGHTON, ENGLAND, Feb. 24, 2004 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- E-Learning
solutions provider Futuremedia Plc (NASDAQ: FMDAY) today announced that Britvic
Soft Drinks, one of the UK's leading soft drink manufacturers, is to become the
latest client to use its Learning For All(TM) service. Futuremedia's learning
and performance solutions have become a major part of the company's business
transformation process. The financial impact of this contract to Futuremedia
will depend on, among other factors, the level of Britvic employee
participation.

Britvic is transforming its business to further support its strategy for growth
and to make Britvic a great place to work. Learning For All(TM) is being
implemented to complement Britvic's existing corporate e-learning programme from
Futuremedia by providing access for nearly half of the employees who do not have
Internet access at work, or who work in an environment not conducive to
learning. This is being offered as part of a benefits package which provides the
employee with a PC, Internet access, generic e-learning programmes for the
family and personal use, as well as access to business specific e-learning
programmes. The PC will be installed at the employee's home, connected to the
Internet, and the employee and his or her family will be given a demonstration.

The cost to employees is discounted through UK Government supported tax
incentives, namely the Home Computing Initiative.

Futuremedia also supplies innovative training and development for the company's
senior and line managers. It's working with leading providers such as Franklin
Covey to produce a world-class programme tailored to Britvic's management
training needs.

Caz Hartard, training and development manager for Britvic, comments, "Working
with Futuremedia is helping us transform our business processes. Not only do we
now provide a world-class training programme for future business leaders, but we
can extend this by providing e-learning to every employee who wishes to be a
part of the programme."

She adds, "The importance of this benefit can't be understated. Learning
opportunities can now be provided for every employee and their family. From a
business perspective, it will maximise our investment into e- learning as well
as provide recruitment, motivation and retention benefits. It will become, I'm
sure, one of the best features in our new flexible benefits programme."

Mats Johansson, CEO of Futuremedia, comments, "All of Futuremedia's learning and
performance solutions are helping this highly respected British company to
achieve its goals. We are delighted that it has chosen to use Futuremedia's full
range of offerings, from Learning For All(TM), the Solstra Learning Management
System and the creation of bespoke training content, to help employees perform
at their best."
