Intrepid's My Healthy Access Gains Partner

HOUSTON, Nov 08, 2007 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Intrepid Holdings, Inc. (ITPD), founder
of My Healthy Access (MHA), announced today it has signed an Agreement with
Telemedicus, Inc (TMDI). As a part of this Agreement, Telemedicus will
immediately obtain a minority stake in My Healthy Access, provide management for
the day to day operation of its Texas clinics, and provide financing for
continuing operations.

Telemedicus owns DREAMS(TM) technology which allows doctors to virtually see and
direct treatment of patients through an array of monitoring devices and
high-definition video.

This partnership allows MHA's Texas clinics to provide continued quality,
convenient, and affordable healthcare to the individuals that visit the clinics.
