You hear statements made by the defendent about a lawsuit and immediately think...
"it does sound as if Buzz Technologies may also have a legitimate counter suit claim against Eyeball Networks Inc.."

This goes to the very heart of what is wrong with viewpoints, when they can be swayed by only listening to one side of an argument.

The only way to come to an informed decision, or opinion, is to listen to both sides.

I know you said "if" and "may". My point still stands.
