TraderJeff, with your thought...

I kind of had incorporated the taxes with the $240,000 amount for Annual Expenses. That was from being informed by the company that certain consulting fees and other fees won't exist as such any more within the filings.

Please consider those posts as speculative as such could be off up or down when the filings come out. I'm sure the amount will be different, but I think not much of a difference either way. Heck, or I hope not (LOL). I hope this helps.
