If this breaks baove .10 the day and China stock players could rush into this and CDTR could head up to the .20 range. May be more conservative, but it has the potential. If it can hit some China stock trader radars look out. This could be an interesting next few trading sessions.

Watch for .10 and .15 mark if this starts to move. Hoping for some news on OTC application.
