They are drafting the settlement papers for the judge to sign. That takes some time. When that is done, they will issue a PR that says they have settled the case. Why do you need to see a PR when you already know the news?
Just buy any dips. I'd expect the settlement news out this week and the Acacia deal to get signed and announced soon as well. We already know about Acacia but the general public does not know it's coming. Will be a joint announcement so Acacia investors may pile into Calypso.
