SORRY I WAS AWAY FOR A FEW DAYS.

If you remember, Cornell could have owned it and it was Tim Connolly who stepped in and saved Cornell's ass because Cornell was in second position and the original sellers were in first position plus Tim was able to discount the fist position 50% saving cornell from losing it all in a potential bankruptcy!
