XeChem had a payment due to Alembic on Mar 31,2007 of $1M-if that payment was made XeChem would receive a 6 month extension for the balance...they were granted a 5 day extension due to new funding(the 1st PIPE Agreement)...the first part of the Basu funding closed on Apr 04,2007...the $1M payment to Alembic was made on April 5, 2007- and the extension granted for the balance of $1M to Sept 30,2007....AMHO...
