bensleep - try PAIM for example, that company is a joke. They have done some many conversion with their stock that they dont even know how much stock they really have. They have made money every year due to the confusion they created at the time of conversions. They have preferred, commom stock, reverse splits, forward splits, buyouts, you name it they have it.

Its like the Compusa for stocks.
