BTW, the agreement with TsNIGRI clarifies the nature of chemical waste: "pyrite burn", leftovers from the chemical process of sulfuric acid production. "Pyrite burn" is still considered "waste" in Russia, they have millions of tones of this stuff all over the country, and actually export it to Germany and other European countries where it's used to produce gold and other precious metals. Just a quick googling...
