There are approximately 500 Million shares outstanding, vs authorized of 5B. Of these approximately 350 Million are free trading. These figures are subject to change as you know. There are fewer than 500 shareholders of record. This is what permits us to qualify as a Non-Reporting issuer with the SEC.
