sharonB, I don't know, he would have another year at least before SEC had a hearing to revoke, I think that Megas could present a good case at that time as to why he didn't file, it would all come out including the DTCC action.
I believe if he files now, it would mean we are cleared for trading, I can see no reason why at this time he would spend the money to file all the 10's and bring everything current, if we are still not trading, what would be the point?
