IMO the best way to stick it to the alphabet clan for all their garbage over the past couple of years would be to jump into bed with China. I think it would workout for everyone quite well. I get the feeling the Chinese would be straight, solid partners. No more bulls--t. Even Nigeria has stated this.
It would be a slap in the face for Africom as well. All this effort to protect Chinese interests..lol.
