did tom say why we got stuck with that debt in the first place ? was it KK's debt. How did he make such a big mistake in not seeing it before he bought the shell its cost 540 million shares to date if its all going to cornell!!

NOTICE>>>>>>>>...............

A beautifull reality, Nice post and thanks for the truth! Now we let Tom confirm this. And to think all this time the pps was drivin down by doubters with a motive imo!

I know that the debt that was carried over from GSCR and held by Cornell would be satisfied when the O/S of Seaway Valley rose from the 186,000,000 (the number that Tom down sized the GSCR share count to when he took over,) to approx, 750,000,000 shares. Our current O/S is 722,000,000. Close enough. I know that in a 8-K Tom stated that he had reduced the GSCR O/S from 750,000,000 to 186,000,000 and that the reason for the increase in the O/S from 186, back to the current level is due to Cornell and Cornell only. This was told to me by Tom...and that is not insider info, that is just information he did not think needed to be PR'ed. I asked him was the company diluting shares..he replied "no", all share increases are the sole responsibility of Cornell converting shares to pay off the debt.

Great post, thank you, this says it all, We are in very good hand folks, IMO!!!!

The below posted message (StockWire 2007/11/05 08:51 PM) is from the moderator of the StockWire's SWVC board where he is known as TGraham. Here at IHUB, he is known as TJG. He conducts solid DD and continues to dig deeper into SWVC with great sleuthing. His efforts are much appreciated.

The names he lists are tied in with GreenShift, Dannible & McKee, and SWVC. He is hinting at the third acquisition being GSGF. The fact that Permolex International - http://www.permolex.com/ - is involved with GSGF is significant.

Continue to do DD and read the posts of Soapy Bubbles on the GSGF board - http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/board.asp?board_id=5790

A VERY informative post from a well respected poster on S/W:

I have said this before, when I have something I share it with you, I share all that I get, sometimes I wait as I check to see if what I am getting is reliable and if it is I share. Now during the day while I MOD this thread, a lot of those days I am doing DD while in between posts. I have to be honest a lot of you if you are doing any DD I sure dont see it,(I realize that some of you post from work, but if you can post you can DD) I see a lot of post by a lot of folks that just kind of rehash what is going on or you are B.S with each other but as for DD not sure...let me ask you a few questons. Each of you answer for yourself and see if you know as much about this company, SWVC as you should.

1. Who is Thomas Fiscoe
2. Whos is David Winshess
3. Who is Edward Carrol
4. Who is Tom Scov...never mind you all know that one
5. who is Kevin Kresiler
6. What is Stillwater Capital
7. What is The Oxbridge Group

Anyone, besides Heywood and Joel know who these people are. I say them cuz we have talked about them in PM. Anyway in the past 65 days I have had contact with all of them, phone, email, web sites. They are all involved with Seaway Valley Corp. They all have something to do with where we will be by the end of the year. I have talked with a few of them several times in the past 30 days. These are professional people who are more then happy to talk with investors who have questions about their company's and their company's future. These are the things I know for a fact and that I have put on these pages...only to have a few of them lost in off topic conversation, but hey thats ok, as know one likes to have a good time more then me...

I know that the Hackett audit is still in progress and running on time...so that makes the filing date of the end of the month, first of Dec still in tack. Every two weeks I know this and if it changes I will post it. Like I posted this info last week...

I know that Stillwater Capital,Oxbridge Group and Seaway Valley Corp are tied together in the financing of Hacketts, and that Oxbridge has a client that goes by the name of New York Power Company. New York Power Comapny has a person on their board by the name of Thomas Scov...ya our Tom.

I know that New York Power Company is tied to GS Agrifuels, and GS Agrifuels is tied to Permolex International, in a multi million dollar bio fuel project that is supported by the Gov. of New York, who is Toms direct boss, I know that Tom owns 35% of GS Agrifuels and is their CEO.

So now the answer to the question..I have been told that when the dept was paid that the informaion would be released in a PR / filing. I calculate that the debt is indeed payed and that the press release should be coming with in the next three days...when I aske the company to confirm this time line all I was told was that it was in the works...this information by the way was NOT from Tom, but came from with in the company. So there you have it, my reason behind the PR post. I can not tell any of you how to invest or how you should do DD, but ever bit of information I have gotten I got from just following up on what has been put in from of me. Every name and every company I have called has come from either a PR or 8-k filing. All I did was take the public information and follow up with it. I have also come to the conclusion that this stock will be worth much, much more then any of us have mentioned in our posts. I will not get into how I have come to that conclusion until we have completed the Hackett merger, as that is key to the whole thing snow balling. After the merger is complete and Hacketts is in SWVC I will discuss some of my ideas with the board...also my guess as to the 3rd company needs to be correct for all of it to happen, but dont be suprised if you see a $10.00 per share price with in the next 12 months...night all TG

#88003 RE: CentralNY1 #87864

Central1NY1, If the share price was $10.00 in the next year, would it be without a RS? You see I have had a run of bad luck investing in penney stocks that do RS's and take all my invested money with them and leave me at a big loss. This company seems to be a big cut above that from what I have read here. So do you think my 1.4 million share would be worth $14,000,000 in a year if the price hits $10. That seems unreal to me, but exactly what I have been playing the penney stocks for. Please give us your opinion on my question.

Unless you have some amazing info, I find that kind of expectation to be ludicrous. Then again you were somewhat cryptic so I don't know. Getting onto a big board with a third of that PPS would be somewhat miraculous. I would think there would have to be some degree of RS to accomplish that. My optimism meter is as high as it will go right now.
