I agree..but you first have to request a patent application process..It's a long, involved process; BZTG(12buzz)just announced this today..

First, one would have to know what to search under.

If "12buzz" is filing the patent, you would have to know his real name. Until he gets a patent, he can't "assign" it to Buzz or anyone else.

So, what does that leave?

Approved patents are easier to find than applications.
