You bring to mind, a point no one seems to have mentioned much yet:
CTUM's value after the IPO.
The Elixir of Immortality may not be the next CTUM product and/or technology CTUM buys and/or develops, but with the ownership of at least 51% of LTC, not only will CTUM be solvent from 51% of LTC's revenues, they will have leverage and buying power, as well.
Leverage and buying power not only from the LTC revenues, but from the available a/s. too.
CTUM will become an even safer stock than ever before, with considerable potentials like few have, at this stage of growth.
As a 'Mother Company', I can only imagine what DR might have in his scopes, once he has the ability to buy it.
CTUM shares, even if restricted, will become an excellent bargaining tool.
