Actually jean, i have a little knowledge about what is occuring. Supposedly someone loaned the company 50K last year and they are issuing some shares to pay back a small portion.
The acquisition for AgPro is still on, 2 financiers are involved from the rumor i get.
Personally, they need to shut down the plastics and move to the bio-Diesel production. I think it's going to happen soon in regards to the acquisitions... i have the regdexs if you are interested.
Someone loaned them 500K. They aren't going to do that for a company that is on deaths door.
