it could be said on any radio station or network television show, written in any newspaper or magazine & it didn't "attack" any individual, but somehow it was sufficient to violate the iHub TOU?

Matt, why didn't you just PM to SPIN and inform him that sexual innuendo like that is inappropriate, rather than putting him in Jail?

It looks like he's posted 500 times over 7 months, and hasn't been put in Jail yet...

Was Jailing really the right punishment in this instance?

The comment about "beating under the table" was a bit crude, but the rest of the post had valid content, and maybe he should have been given a chance to amend the post rather than going straight to the hoosegow. All IMO; if you've already PM'd to him in other instances, then mea culpa.
