Then as I see it at least, you still have several conflicting statements in the TOU and that is my opinion.

It gives the impression that a user can sign up and as long as he or she is honest, sincere, and civil with your posts - you will never have to worry about having a post removed.

You might as well change that to state,

as long as he or she is honest, sincere, and civil with your posts - you will never have to worry about having a post removed; you'll be removed instead.

Do the police stop you every time you go over the speed limit? Nope. Do they sometimes pull you over, though you've done nothing? Yep. Oh my, arbitrary pullover feature!

Bad example, that's why God invented lawyers.

"Oddly enough the most vicious and cold-blooded attacks have always come from Wavoids."

barge, is this a recent epiphany or something you have known for a while?

Matt, i completely agree w/what you wrote:

"The TOU will never, ever be applied perfectly. Impossible. The TOU will never be used to the letter, either, at least not with me in charge."

IMO what i wrote in the post which landed me here ("have you been drinking?") was wholly innocuous, but it's yer world, the rest of us just live in it.

kumba-ya m'Lord, kumba-yaaaaa...

And do I get my day in court to defend myself? What happened taking the case before the judge and pleading one's case?

What is IHAM?

Taking away the Jail and dealing with users in the public would take away a cool component that makes iHub [and iHam] unique.

Matt, In reference to your post here I presume you feel the open discourse of thoughts is desired,I agree. If your problem with me is repetitive posts I will adhere to your desires. One question, name calling, personal attacks and such activity ok on political threads? This type of activity to be judged by threads owner and moderator? Can't get past the feeling some rules applied subjectively. Btw, I have been here before but it was beacause I called someone a fool on syl thread if I remember, I agreed to stay off his board and I complied. Bit confused over policy here I guess.
