I see where Paul directly addressed the no reverse split but I don't believe he directly addressed potential dilution.

" a reverse split or continued dilution of the companies stock was out of the question."

Do you continue to maintain this position.

Answer : Yes, at this time, no reverse splits are planned or contemplated.

Possibly and hopefully it is nothing more than a little oversight or misinterpretraion of the question (on either my part or Paul's part), especially in light of the following filing on EDGAR:

SEC EDGAR Filing Information
Form REGDEX -- Notice of Sale of Securities [Regulation D and Section 4(6) of the Securities Act of 1933]
Filing Date Changed: 2007-11-01
Effectiveness Date: 2007-10-29
Documents: 1
SEC Accession No.
9999999997-07-046655
Filing date: 2007-10-29
Accepted: 2007-11-01 11:24:46

Not trying to cause any problems, just want as much information as possible available to everyone.

I have been giving this some thought. In the past, Paul has coined the term "creative financing." Are we looking at a situation were we could get Siamese Shares with 141? I know it's used for REITs but I don't know enough about the process to know if it's feasible in this case. Does anyone here know?

What concerns me is "Yes, at this time, no reverse splits are planned or contemplated."

AT THIS TIME is what I always say to people when I know its going to happen in the future but don't want to tell them right now.
