2.4 million not billion, right? As far as the dilution we'll just have to agree to disagree. I am sure there will be dilution later, as the only reason the reverse split was effected was because there was not room to sell more shares and the PPS was at rock bottom due to the stock being diluted down to nothing and there not being any substantial revenues to overcome that in the least.
