ok quick cool down and listen. i have played hisc/hisu longer then you have probably been in the market. yes i own shares at .029. ok why did i buy. i watched this from the day it split to find out where bottom would be and that was at .02 which it bounced of each day. that is plane to see in the charts and i knew what the new os was and float. i didnt not jump back in not knowing what i am doing.
lets talk about the split a little. the company knows how the market works and i have made money or at least broke even everytime i have played it. if their whole reason for the rs was to dilute they would have done a 1 for 1000 or 2000 rs which is very comon in the penny market. they knew that the stock was dead and no way for it to run because they had pumped so many shares in the market and i believed the rs was for the shareholders as well as themselfs. COMPANY'S GET THIER STOCKS LISTED FOR ONLY ONE REASON AND THAT IS TO SELL SHARES TO FINANCE THE COMPANY. think about that they all dilute but this was diluted way to far.will they sell more shares? yes most likely but hopefully they learned from past mistakes to do it in moderation. i will say it again all penny stocks sell shares into the market its a fact of life and you need to play it that way.

well let me see, several people have said we've helped and a few others have come to our defense. You are on an island and you want people to trust you?? Again we never said you had to buy only that the situation that has setup has made it a buying opportunity. As far as them dumping shares, the most they have dumped is 2.6 million. I don't care if presplit numbers are 188million. this is post split and the float is 400x lower than it was and if you don't get that, then you won't get any advice we give.. So continue as you are because I'm tired of your abuse of me and my friends.. You have brought nothing to this arguement. This may get me band, but stockmarketcats.com is the place to be..

WardoffMonkey, you are a good guy, sorry you have people like Jimmy that make this site unbearable at times. Best of luck in your trading and to the rest that are looking to learn..

Jimmy.... You may not have learned anything because you are not open to the ideas. I would think if you were making money your outlook would be alot more tolerable. Come on... if you really understood what we were saying you would know how the share counts work. You have shown that you have no clue as to how the float or the o/s counts work.

Again for you to imply we were pumping is an outright lie.

Jimmy please keep doing the same thing you are doing and you will continue to get the same results and you seem to enjoy misery.

Jimmy, I don't see what Aufan and Razorback did that equates to pumping. The only thing they did was point out that this was a short-term play from a technical analysis aspect. There will always be T/A players in every stock you buy and I agree with them that in the Pennies these T/A players are probably in the majority. I've held long with HISC/HISU but only because I think this could be one of those one in a million stocks that actually hits a homerun long-term. Otherwise, the stocks on the Pinks and OTCBB are almost exclusively not sound investment stocks but instead stocks that lend themselves to flipping in and out of.
